You really know the Langley area well; what areas are good and what areas are not - you are low pressure and I never felt like you were losing patience with us when we didn't find somethng right away. You are very likeable and hae a great personality and sense of humor and are fun to spend time with; believe me, I have spent time with Realtors before where every minute was like being at the dentist, you offered your opinion (both in selling our plae and in looking for our new place) in a low-key non-emotional way without being overbearing. Overall the experience was great and we would have no problem referring you to our freinds and family, especially if they were new to the area.
